1. Items can be returned within seven days of receipt of the package. It must be returned in the original condition it was received when purchased and with the original receipt.
  2. The customer must return the item to The Chic Ideas Shop via a delivery courier or visit the shop within (7) days from date of receipt of package.  A sales representative will contact you if more information is required to finalize the exchange or refund.
  3. If the item is for an exchange of size, it will be sent out within three days with the courier and an additional delivery fee would be charged for the replacement item.  If the size is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
  4. If a return is for a refund, the refund will be issued within two working days from the date of the receipt of the package, we return the funds to your account and notify you.
